Assign all/several fields to one role/recipient at once in a template [Workaround in comments]
when I bring in a PDF form and after I autocreate the fields how do I mass assign the role to the recipient and then manually assign the few fields to sender?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news - mass actions with fields is now available on templates, documents and forms!
You can now select multiple fields by pressing Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while selecting several fields. Selected fields will become framed in blue and can be assigned all at once!

You can also assign all fields at once on the document level before you send the document.
- If you have only one recipient, all the fields in your document will be assigned to them automatically as soon as you click Send > Send via email/Share via link.
- If you have more than one recipient, you can click Send and select Assign all at the top panel and assign all fields to one of the recipients.

Will be nice to have this in place so I don't have to remove all other recipients to be able to reassign all the fields at once.

This is a major critical issue for me. Docusign can do this and I'm thinking about making the switch to Pandadocs but when I have hundreds of fields for every template I set up, this is very painful to have to set up on the front end.

While the feature is not available within the system, we’d like to provide you with a workaround to potentially achieve the desired workflow. When there is one recipient is a document, sending a document with fields unassigned will automatically trigger the assigning fields to this recipient, so you do not have to do it manually. This would work for cases when there is only one recipient is a document.

We have a template that has about 15 check boxes that we assign to the customer. It would be great to be able to select all of them at once and mass assign them to the signer.

cause icreate a template. then i need half fields go to one recipient and half goes throug another.
if you can make it like select all boxes to assign to one then the rest to the other instead of doing it one by one :(
