Please implement this immediately! This is a massive security risk. We carried out a phishing exercise and without MFA we are (VERY) vulnerable. It's not even a big change to implement and should be already built in

Hey PandaDoc! Any update on MFA yet? Would love to see this added.

Many documents that are sent via Pandadoc contain a TFN (Tax File Number). in Australia this is highly sensitive information and professionals are required to use software with multi-factor authentication. Pandadoc needs to implement this ASAP if it wishes to expand in the Australian market.

Please add 2FA. Most docs have PII, card credentials, trade secrets, etc. This is a must have.

Some of the quotes contain PI information, and it would be a great feature to be able to enable two factor authentication and this way you can ensure someone doesn't hack the platform and sign quote deals that where not approved.

Agreed, this it vital since we're collecting sensitive financial information from clients!!

I don't see how this product can meet HIPPA security requirements and not support OTP or other 2FA security methods. All the data in the system is one password away from a breach. This should be a top priority.

Strengthen the security of your PandaDoc account by enabling multi-factor authentication. This will force account users to verify their logins with an extra code from SMS message or Google/MS authenticator.
