Log in via 2FA (Two Factor Authentication)
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your feature request to PandaDoc’s UserVoice. We have great news!Â
2-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been released and can be configured via Settings > Security. For more information on 2-Factor Authentication, check out this article.
We appreciate your help in making PandaDoc the best product for our customers. If you have any ideas on how we can continue to improve, please continue to submit them here.Â

How is this feature not considered mission critical!?!?!
Two years ago this was brought to your attention and the official response is "go vote for it".Why should the community justify you implementing best practices?
I would expect your team to realize you messed up in not adding this.

Adding yet another voice to this. PandaDoc team, lack of true 2FA / MFA is a huge security concern—this should be taken very seriously and made a top priority.

I just spoke with support. They told me to vote it up. The community has wanted this for two years, and nothing. I will not be able to risk using this platform in the coming weeks. You lost a customer Pandadoc.

How can PandaDoc have the certifications you have without 2FA?

My customer will churn next year-- 100% certain-- if 2FA is not released before his renewal.

This should be legally required to call yourself HIPAA compliant.

This is an extremely necessary (and basic) feature for any cloud program to have, especially one that almost always deals with sensitive or confidential information. This feature is currently listed as "In Development". Once MFA is released, if it is locked behind a higher plan (such as SSO being locked behind enterprise) I will be looking for other options for document signing. Please understand that PandaDoc's competitors offer this feature already, and there is no reason that this should not be a high priority to add considering people have been asking for this for years.

please prioritise that - it's a crucial feature these days

Hi there, As with all the comments below. We really need this feature in place as soon as possible to tighten up the security of the platform.

I appreciate you ensuring this feature as soon as possible - a huge liability to go without.

In line with previous comments, I would not use this service without the feature of 2FA.

We recently had a difficult time getting cyber insurance because of our lack of 2FA. We are trying now to implement it with every program we use and I'm shocked that PandaDoc does not offer it.

Ann Flynn commented
Please please upgrade to offer 2FA!

Multifactor authentication is a mandatory requirement for obtaining cyber insurance. Without this feature, many companies will not be able to use your product, or if they do, cyber insurance premiums could be potentially much higher than they would be otherwise. I would encourage you to implement MFA as a top priority.

Pandadoc will lose a lot of customers soon and it is just one hack away to get bamboozled by the malicious guys. You guys must incorporate multifactor authentication including hardware keys. Otherwise, I personally will be getting away next year. I guess a lot more will join me on that bandwagon.
It should be your highest priority software upgrade in 2022 January.

Indeed what is management waiting for or is it stuck in lack of development resources.

This is massively needed ASAP. We switched from DocuSign for several reasons, but I assumed 2FA was built in. It's a huge security flaw to not have this!

Agreed. We need two-factor Authentication.
