Show price before and after discount (tax, fee)

Include the option to show the subtotal after discount but before tax in the summary section of the Quote Builder.

    Maybe a line of txt could also be added on why we are giving them a discount? e.g 15% discount for ex showroom machine or £15k discount for some people :-

    Hi, many of my customers would prefer to see the discounted total before tax i added. It just make more sense, even for VAT rated customers.
