Ability to add payment processing fees

Allow to add payment fees to the payment integration, for example 2% for card payments

- Add and set up quote builder: Discounts, taxes, and fees

- Pricing table. One-time and recurring fees

    Is it now possible to add a percentage fee, contingent upon the client specifically selecting a credit card payment method? I did not explicitly see this mentioned in tiday's update.

    I think this is important to go both ways - allow the customer to choose a "cash discount" option which then automatically reduces the cost by a certain percentage.

    I am a non-profit, but filing in the way of like a neighborhood association, so I do not get fee discounts. Having to pay the processing fees cuts another chunk out of what I can put back into my non-profit. This is very important to me.

    Really important with so many costs increasing. We are passing all processing fees onto customers now.

    A way to automatically add the payment processing fee to the payment the client is expected to pay. (fee from Paypal, etc)
