We wanted to share an update regarding this idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

If I understand this request correctly then this would be huge for us. We have people who start a form workflow that do not understand the intricacies of the workflow.
It would be nice if the workflow could route conditionally based upon a chosen parameter.
Currently, our option is to create five unique forms for each situation, instead of one form that can route in five unique ways. It's just super inefficient for a solution.

I was wondering if it is possible to put a role under a condition. In the current approval group, there are two members, I want the document to be sent to Engineer 1 if Sales Engineer Role is assigned to Engineer 1, and the document to be send only for Engineer 2 if the Sales Engineer Role is assigned to Engineer 2.

In our process, a random person submits a form, then employee #1 needs to check if everything is correct, and employee #2 needs to sign.
This is currently not possible without the necessity for setting up a signing order including employee #1 who does not have the formal decision making power.
