This is a big feature that is missing. As noted by another user some legal documents such as resolutions only require 50% signatories and a certificate is needed at that stage to prove the signatories to date. The lack of ability to download this at any stage of the document status is an issue, docusign have this feature. Please can this be reviewed as an feature on your roadmap - Pandadoc does everything else so well

Ability to send a document to 2 different signers (husband and wife) sharing one email to sign. DocuSign allows this. This would be very useful as I have had a few elderly clients that don't have an email but there spouse has.

Ability to generate a signature certificate for partially signed documents - for example, if a document is sent to four recipients, and two sign, a certificate can be generated for the two signers.

When some, but not all, of the recipients have signed a document. It would be great to be able to close the document (no more signatures allowed), and download the document with the signatures thus far AND have a certificate for those that have signed. This would enable a document to be completed without having all of the required fields completed, allowing for alternative methods or dates for signatures, or even electing a new recipient to replace the ones that didn't sign the first time. This ensures those that have signed will not have to sign the document again, saving everyone a lot of time.

Some documents are emailed to lots of people but only need 50% of the people to sign for them to be effective. Like Shareholder Resolutions !!! Your system doesn't allow of this use case.
