Sign several documents at once.
Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Need a feature to upload multiple documents having same format and to get sign on all the documents in one click from one/multiple people. This should have an option for them to fill data while signing. This will be the same page number , for all documents

A common use case in our system would be when a company hires a bunch of new people and the admin in LTSE Equity goes to issue them all their stock options, and a signatory in the company has to sign all those. They don't really need to read all of them because they're all the same paperwork.

Client's company needs to execute the same document between 100 and 1000 times in batches.
On Monday, 75 of their customer execute an agreement.
On Wednesday another 100 customers execute the same agreement.
On Thursday 25 more customers execute the same agreement.
On Friday their company would have 200 agreements in a queue to review and approve (75 from Monday + 100 from Wednesday + 25 from Thursday = 200 agreements)
On Friday they want the ability to sign their name to all 200 agreements that their customers have signed.

Option to prefill a signature field when creating documents to be sent in bulk. As of the moment, the customer has to manually sign each document created via the Bulk Send option so that the signature certificate is generated. The customer would like to sign all the docs at once

Self-sign case - it takes 3 clicks today to fill in an initial or esignature. my client wants to be able to complete this in a 1 click process. in the pandadoc settings, the system should auto remember the selected initial or signature. the behavior he would like would be to click the field and the initial or signature pre populates like Docusign.
Now if in the inbox, once document is completes - it is roughly a 20-30 second process to go back and load the next document. he wants the next document to appear on the screen, to help save loading time [briliant]. this customer may sign off on atleast 40-50 docs a day.
Filter Documentation by: Signed or Unssigned Documents
in settings tell the customer;
1) Seats Used
2) Seats/licenses paid for
