Change Paper Size for A4 to Default in Main Settings / Theme Settings

Wants to use the A4 layout feature for all documents. Currently has to edit each one manually. There are two countries in the world using US format (US + Canada) - everyone else uses A4. Thank you!

    Why should LETTER size be the standard for the planet?

    More people in the world use A4.

    Why should the US standard be the standard for the world...

    Be real please.

    Currently, I found NO OPTIONS to set the paper size default BEFORE opening a document.

    Only once I converted my A4 size into a PANDA document can I access SETTING A4. However, clicking A4 does NOT WORK.
    This causes multiple double work as the text on A4 is too long for LETTER. Kindly change that...
