notify someone who is not a document owner or participant that the document is completed and/or signed.
to pull out certain fields from the document and notify them that the document was signed, and for example, they signed a X year agreement, the Contact is X and they are in X state.

While the feature is not available within the system, we’re happy to provide you with a workaround to potentially achieve the desired workflow. There is a way to set up the forwarding of the emails received from PandaDoc within your emailing system.
