Allow the workspace Admin (Owner) to make changes to other users settings (notifications, user profile)
As my company's contract manager it would be great if I could set up my team with the notifications settings they need upfront and upload their profile pictures. I often send on their behalf and can't get them collectively to all update their photos and settings as needed for this to run smoothly.

This was promised that it was a working feature in the sales cycle, now to find out it is not is disappointing to say the least
