Having rules and formulas to build complex logic does not solve the 'How much margin am I making on the items in quote builder?' or 'How much margin am I making on this entire proposal?'

This was a two click data point to gather with a pricing table, why does the upgraded and more expensive version not include something simple like 'Is this a good deal for me?'

The proposed existing solution does not do the same thing as what is being asked here.

It seems when anyone is making a sale the profit margin is the most important figure to consider when evaluating the list price and the customer buying. Without seeing the profit margin automatically we're left doing manual calculations. It seems quite silly that the Pricing table would include this feature but the quote builder add-on wouldn't. I am happy I made this discovery prior to purchasing the enterprise subscription with the quote builder add-on.

This is very important as we need to have view on profit margins to adjust client expectations on the go. And functionality is there for price table then what's left? CPQ has numbers and function is already created in backend for pricing table. Thiis has been reported since 2022 and we are still waiting as enterprice customer since last 1 year.

When adding a product, they wanted to costs to be reflected in the prices with margins and not have to manually go in and edit the margins on the pricing. Efficient way to adjust margin in app versus arrhythmically

Yes! Our sales team needs this! Adding the cost of goods in the Quote Builder isn't very functional if we can't see it after the proposal is signed.

Would really like this. Would also like to see the ability to restrict certain roles from seeing profit margin.
