We use Pandadoc API with full automation which is awesome but with that we have very little need for the dashboard so our salesmen are almost never looking at it so to have the expiration email cc the salesmen is a must. Going to try to do it through zapier for now

Yes agreed - an email would be beneficial. Many of our users are not on the PandaDoc platform daily, so a notification on their PandaDoc dashboard is not useful. An email notification would be much better.

It will be good for us to have a notification system for the sender to be alerted of expiring documents and pending payments.

There needs to be an alert that goes to the sender/recipient of all documents that haven't been completed before it expires.

Notification to the sender when a document expires. Notification should go to both the sender and recipient.

This is currently a feature, however it is only sent 1 day prior to expiration. It would be nice to be able to customize to X days prior.

And also a notification that a document has expired.

Having an email reminder with a threshold of "x" days to the expiration date would be helpful for documents that have been sent such as renewals or new business agreements.
