Smart Content with "OR" conditional rule, when using variables

When using Smart Content with conditional rules, would like to have the ability to have another rules "OR" that I can combine with "IF" and "THEN".

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    We are currently working with an enterprise customer using highly dynamic Salesforce-driven proposal workflows, and this limitation is becoming a major operational pain point at scale.

    Current workaround:
    The customer is creating concatenated Salesforce formula fields (combining Trade + LOD + Service + Region values) because PandaDoc Smart Content rules cannot currently evaluate multiple variables/conditions together.

    This creates:

    * large amounts of Salesforce field sprawl
    * duplicate conditional content blocks
    * template maintenance overhead
    * operational complexity for RevOps/admin teams
    * difficulty scaling template governance

    Desired functionality:

    * native AND/OR logic support
    * multi-variable conditional evaluation
    * grouped/nested conditions
    * more advanced rule builder capabilities

    Example:
    IF Trade = Mechanical AND LOD = 350 → show section

    Today this requires either:

    * creating many duplicate blocks/rules
    * or building Salesforce concatenation workarounds upstream

    For enterprise customers managing many templates/services/business units, this becomes difficult to maintain very quickly.

    This functionality would significantly improve scalability, governance, and maintainability for advanced Smart Content implementations.
