send 1 email with all of the signers in the "To" field and email address in the "CC" field of the same email
The issue is that your system sends a separate email to each recipient using the "To" field instead of 1 email to all recipients. In your app, I chose my email address as a "CC". In any email system, there is a "To" field and a "CC" field. What I was asking for is to send 1 email with all of the signers in the "To" field and my address in the "CC" field of the same email.

We are sending about 200 quotes a month between the 8 inside sales team. To make your system truly user friendly for those heavy users we need this implemented. My customers and reps are always confused because they can't see that I sent this to the customer and cc'd the rep. The rep always calls me to ask if they need to forward. I explain if they open it, they can see the little bubbles of who received this. It is a lot of extra steps for them to do this. I'd like to just have the Email screen be shown in the email as it is on our send menu. thanks!
