This is an important feature for custom workflows where we can trigger a document viewed sends an internal notification to the sales team to follow up a client.

For our CFO, this is CRITICAL information - for audits and due diligence, we need to be able to see everything about the life of a document. Who approved, how long it took to approve, any changes made to anything.
Also want to be able to see in the audit trail when reminders are sent.

Very important feature for the embedded use case. There is no way to understand the current status of the document outside of an arbitrary state which gives no insight into the recipient actions or attempts.

This is really a critical component for anyone that is trying to use PandaDoc for securitizing documents. Without it custody transfer cannot be easily documented.

Would like to be able to see the individual recipient statuses via API instead of just status of the entire document--sent as viewed/completed
