This is crucial for us, as importing formatted text into PandaDoc has caused significant manual labor. Currently, it's importing only plain text, without structure, spacing, or hyperlinks, which isn't suitable. Since you can format text in your catalog (with links, bullets, and paragraph breaks), offering this functionality for importing products from Zoho CRM is essential. Please address this issue urgently.
