Reporting metrics on users
The ability for reports to show user data/internal rate, for example:
- First response time - time to respond/open a quote once it has been submitted for approval
- Number of edits - number of edits required on documents before approval
- Time to approve quote from submission to approval - see how long the quote approval process is

All the metrics in the reports are based on the end / user recipient rates. We need to be able to report on internal KPIs for staff users on the efficiency of approving quotes for the sales team to be able to send quotes.
