Option to have "Create Document" button in Template list consistently visible
Please enhance the design of the PandaDoc template list view by ensuring that the "Create Document" option is consistently visible, instead of requiring users to hover over it to access the feature.

As per the client: "The "Create Document" is what they need to click on but that option doesn't pop up unless you hover over it. So people are intuitively clicking onto that link which edits the template and then I have to go in and fix it. I would still like to see if this design can be improved. Thanks."
