Global/Workspace Level Recipient Groups
Would like the ability to manage recipient groups from the Contacts tab rather than having to dive into a document. Something like the attached.

This is important for use cases where the same recipient group is used across multiple templates. That way there is a central location to update members of the group.
Example use case would be if an IT team always needs to sign off on specific templates. If a new person is hired to the IT team, we would need to create a new recipient group with the new recipient and apply this group to all the templates.
