As per client - "We have our pandadoc linked to the quote object in salesforce and it has been working fine"
When Import from CRM was still available, client can can use this button when linking/creating documents from Quote. After modifying this feature (now Refresh data), it doesn't work anymore. Client wants this feature to be available in Quotes object not just in Opportunity
