Nested conditional logic needed. We have forms provided to use by state and federal agencies that we convert into templates. In many cases, when certain elements are filled-in or selected, a chain reaction of fields can be needed.
Example 1: selecting a radio button turns on a drop-down list, and the drop-down list can result in a text box being enabled.
Example 2: selecting a radio button turns on a secondary set of radio buttons which in turn enables a subset of text boxes
