Make the verification be a mandatory setting so that the staff or document creator can't overlook it.

As per the customer "I know how to do it. I’m not happy with the functionality being so hidden and optional when creating documents from templates.
We had verification turned off for a while. However, it appears PandaDoc has changed the functionality.
I am happy that when you start a new document (without using a template) there’s the little lock to the right of the client’s name you select in Add document recipients. And, unless the lock is ready, you don’t have to copy and paste their mobile number anymore – that’s great.
Why has this functionality not been extended to adding recipients to templates? I don’t understand what the difference is – it’s the same function – adding recipients to a new document you’ve created. The only difference is it’s been created from a template rather than from scratch. We use templates all the time so that fields and variables are already in place for consistently used documentation.
I would rather verification be a mandatory setting that staff cannot forget to do – and this is important to show we are complying with our cyber-security compliance requirements.
In the past (and still visible in the how to video in Protect documents with identity verification | Help Center the option was visible. See screen shot below.
Now it is hidden in the menu – so not even a reminder or prompt for staff to do this."
