Access to document analytics via API
I would like to be able to access the document level analytics for the recipients such as last viewed date, quantity of times viewed, time spent, and times downloaded. Most importantly is the last viewed date and quantity of times viewed. I want to be able to pull that information into my CRM and set tasks for follow up, for instance when a document has been viewed 3 times in the last month, it would then be considered a hot opportunity and a task would be autogenerated for a sales person to call.

Bundle completed documents
Bundle completed documents into one. For example, if two documents were signed and completed separately, there should be an option to combine them into a single document.

Ascending/Descending document status
Please fix in the document view the status section so that it is truly ascending or descending. If I have ascending selected, "Completed" still shows up below "sent".

Ability to show the last updated date for docs/templates next to the Created date before clicking on a doc/template in the list
When reviewing the templates I've created in whichever folder I've put them in, I can see the file name, the parties who'll need to sign, and the date the file was created. But I update my templates often, including by replacing the source files in them with updated versions. This means that the created date is not very important, because templates I created months ago have changed numerous times since then. I'd like to be able to see the date/time of modification for my templates, like you can with the documents, so I can know at a glance which ones…

Client would like recipients to sign document prior to viewing document as a form of receipt of received document.

Ability to sort by signer statuses for a document in the documents tab
Would like to have the ability to show the statuses of the document's recipients and sort them in the document list. For example, a document may be completed by one signer, but the other has only viewed it.

Adding a "Complete" status to the documents with payment gateways
The documents with enabled gateway integration don't have a status "Completed" when signed, only "Waiting for payment" and "Paid". There should be a transition status added
