Pin Frequently Used Templates
As a frequent user, I would LOVE to be able to "pin" or "favorite" my frequently used templates and folders. Right now, I have to search through all these different templates and click on them to see if they are for my site or not and it's very confusing and a big mess. If the form could be pinned, then I would know that I am going to the correct one and that I am not wasting what little time I have throughout the day searching.

Allow 'page' titles to be edited
Hi .. it would be great if we could edit the text / title of the pages that appear on the left when in template mode. See image.

Multiple Smart Content conditions
Smart Content blocks only show the FIRST matching condition's content. If a client buys multiple products, only one product's information appears.
Request: Allow MULTIPLE conditions to apply simultaneously, so all purchased products' information shows. Makes automation actually work for multi-product scenarios. This helps other Enterprise customers with bundled services.

Reusable Conditional Content Sections & Centralized Rule Management
Enterprise customers need a reusable rule/content architecture for Smart Content and conditional template logic.
Today:
- Conditional content rules live only inside individual templates
- Rules cannot be centrally managed or reused globally
- Updating business logic requires manually editing many templates
- Content blocks can be reused, but the governance of the logic itself cannot
This creates major operational pain around:
- template maintenance
- rule duplication
- template drift
- scaling RevOps operations
- governance consistency across teams
Desired functionality:
- reusable conditional content sections/pages
- shared rule libraries
- “define once, reuse everywhere” architecture
- centralized rule management
- global updates across templates
- reusable smart content modules with embedded logic

Ability to share templates with specific users, not just workspaces
-Preventing misuse by general users: With approximately 1,000 users in their main workspace, sharing templates at the workspace level means all users would have access. This could lead to general users, such as salespeople, seeing and potentially misusing templates intended for specific teams, like the procurement team.
-Avoiding excessive workspace creation: The client already manages 15 workspaces. Creating new workspaces for small teams (like a two-person procurement team) is not a sustainable solution. It would lead to more complex management and hinder the ability to search for agreements across different workspaces, ultimately creating more work.

Assign fields when populate CLI with Smart Content
When Library items are added via smart content, the fields are not being assigned even though the CLI and template have the same role names.

Too many clicks to content center & going backwards to a content center folder doesn't work anymore
The change of moving content center into templates created MANY more clicks to edit content center items. If you have a well organized content center with 3 folders to a specific item, It takes up to 5 clicks to get into it initially, then if you have to edit many items in the same folder the top left hand folder hierarchy (image below) it kicks you ALL the way to the beginning.
So if I have to edit 5 items in the library in the same folder I have to click content center THEN root folder THEN sub folder THEN…

Add a content library item as section to the pricing table.
I'm working in a pricing table and I was wondering if there is a way to add an entire section like I do for content library items. I need it to be in the same table.

Radio Buttons - Linked/duplicate fields
Need the ability to duplicate a set of radio elsewhere in the same document/template. There are state and federal forms that this functionality is needed (for example, State of Florida Do-Not-Resuscitate Form). Competitors already have this functionality.

Default View for Templates
The option to set a default view for users when accessing the template list. It currently shows All Templates but it would be better if we can set it to show 'Shared With Me' or a custom Template List view.

Reminder for the user updating the template that they need to update the content in bundled templates and other workspaces
Reminder for the user updating the template that they need to update the content in bundled templates and other workspaces.
At the moment, if the template is updated, the user doesn't know to update the bundles and loses admin time to edit and resend documents.
