Show link to custom Salesforce objects (i.e. CPQ quote) in the new design
At this point, once the document is created, we show links only to the records of the default objects (Opportunity and Quote). Would be great to show links to the records of custom objects as well.

Google drive favorite folder
Hi,
When adding a document for signature through Google Drive, please add a way to favorite or shortcut the folder that I typically work from. It is inconvenient to navigate to the folder each and every time. Thank you!

Save multiple files to Salesforce for bundled documents
If the document is a bundle (contains a few documents), we should save them separately under Salesforce Files (at this point we save one generic document).

Salesforce - Template-level control for field write-back trigger
Currently, the "Update Salesforce fields with PandaDoc field values" trigger is global, and write-back behavior can only be controlled by manually configuring Merge Field mappings on each template individually. There is no centralized way to define which templates should or should not participate in the write-back.
Incase one has multiple templates, they need a template-level toggle or an allowlist/denylist in PandaDoc Setup to manage this at scale, without having to audit every template manually.

Salesforce: support 2 modes of how to treat unselected products
At the moment, when a product is left unselected in the PandaDoc pricing table or quote builder, it is automatically removed in the Opportunity Products.
A feature request is to introduce the possibility of syncing both selected and unselected products back to the opportunity.
The implementation can look like this: Either removing unselected products or syncing with QTY = 0 back to Salesforce, and to control that from PandaDoc Setting page2 votes -
Match display of the contract term between HubSpot and PandaDoc
The data does not seem to line up correctly e.g. the contract term variable is 36 months in Hubspot, but in Pandadoc it automatically pulls in 3 years. We want to make sure the terminology is consistent across our documents.

Format and customize PDF file name
Sent and Completed Document Date in the PDF file name in Salesforce
Currently this is appended as "... sent DD/MM/YYY" or "... completed DD/MM/YYY"
This is great in principle, however the "/" symbol in the date is causing issues for us downstream in operations. Can those be changed to either a "-" or "."2 votes -
Pass PandaDoc document status to Salesforce custom fields
A way to write the PandaDoc document status back to a custom Salesforce field.
I understand that we currently have the "Change Opportunity Status" trigger available; however, the customer would like the PandaDoc document status to be automatically synced to their custom Salesforce field/object called "PandaDoc Document Status."2 votes -

Push PandaDoc Form responses to Salesforce records natively
Currently, PandaDoc Forms can collect data and trigger document creation, but there is no native way to push form submission responses directly into Salesforce to create or update records (including custom objects).

Remove the "unlimited per month" label on the Stripe checkout page
Rename "unlimited" to something like "ongoing" or "subscription" in the Stripe metadata passed to Stripe.

Stripe "Include taxes on the remaining payment of the subscription"
Stripe tax settings are already perfectly configured as the customer already went through all those steps with their support.
The taxation works perfectly, and the proof of that is that taxes are applied correctly on all their other proposals in Pandadoc, except for the subscription ones. On the subscription ones, the taxes are applied successfully on the first payment, which also proves that taxes are applied correctly.
But then, the remaining payment of the subscription do not have any taxes.

Copper: Search for part of an opportunity name when linking a document
PandaDoc does not support searching for parts of the name, but this would be a useful feature. When searching for a deal, the Copper Integration needs you to put the full deal name to locate it.
