Set various required Signatory fields as a minimum (default) before Doc can be sent
This is to avoid accidentally sending a quote/ Order out without, as a minimum, a ‘required’ Signatory field (and/or others fields), which resulted in us receiving a Doc ‘completed’ email notification upon the recipient simply viewing and not completing any of the Doc, because nothing was 'required’. Which we want to avoid happening again!

I was wondering if I could create a document and not send it to all the parties? I have created a template with variables for Clinic, Sonographer and Recruiter. I want to be able to send it out so only the recruiter and sonographer can see it, sign it and return it. is that possible? Ideally i want to use the contact details for the clinic but not include them in the email trails / let them view the documents.

Conditional signature field: once the customer signed the document, show additional fields
If a customer signs a document, I would like to gain some extra information from this customer. For instance by providing some fields the customer has to fill or select an option before signing (so mandatory). For example I need to know if this customer wants to be billed monthly or annually but only when the customer agrees and signs, so only then I would like an option for the customer to select one of these options. Is it therefore possible to provide some extra pop-up fields eg when the customer clicks on the signing button?
