  1. I'd like to suggest allowing delivery delay of forms to recipients. Example is in Microsoft email, you can delay delivery of an email and select the date/time to send it to the intended recipient. This feature in PandaDoc would allow the "scheduling" of forms to be sent out.

  3. I've noticed that if a form looks good (fill in boxes) on my desktop the mobile device will often look different. But then when you print it from the desktop the boxes will be off if you've made it to look proper on a mobile device. Having them the same across all platforms would help a lot.

  4. If the Form Primary Recipient's email already exists under the workspace contact list, the name of the Form Owner is used to send an email to the Secondary recipient inviting them to sign the document. Instead, the system should always use the name of the Primary Recipient.

  5. Ability for a recipient to edit a form response after the form has been completed instead of having to resend a new blank form. I.E. A typo or missing information.

    Ability to add a note or reason for the sender asking the recipient to edit their form response.

  8. I work for a clinic and we were thinking of using PandaDoc for consent forms before treatment.
    Its a bit frustrating that every patient who has completed the same form will receive an automated email saying 'all participants have completed the form'
    This seems a bit useless and unneccesary? If it wasn't for this function, PandaDoc would be absolutely perfect for what we need it for!

  10. I am able to publish a document as a form by going to forms, adding a document from templates, and then selecting Publish. I wanted to know if it is possible to do this within the "All Documents" folder. The process seems very complex to create a form from a document.. I have to convert my document to a template first, then go to Forms, add the document from the template, and finally publish it. This change seems unnecessarily complicated.

  13. The customer requests to change the subject line on the form when the copy was sent to the submitter of the form. Customer would like the subject line to indicate as them (form creator) instead of the submitter who sent them the copy of the form

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    1. Add the Collect Files field to your form, then publish it.
    2. If your recipient is using a mobile device, they can take a photo and upload it to the Collect Files field.

  16. Remove response from form/ CSV when deleting the form response document. Currently, when you delete a form response document, it still shows up as a response on the form, and in the CSV.

  18. Here is a use case for a form with an optional second signer.

    Create a form that has an optional parent or guardian signature that can be accessed with conditional logic, when the form filler selects a checkbox that they are under 18. Currently, if we create a secondary role, it's always needed and not optional, and we would like the parent / guardian signature to be optional based on the form filler's age.

  19. This would help our Team cut down time from updating our residents information by automatically updating our Residents info into our specific selected google sheet. Each of our communities have their own Residents Master List Google Sheet. : )
