  8. I have a question. I need to put a packet together for employees but i was wondering is there a way i can do it on here like instead of having all the forms attached to one it would be separate if you get what i mean
    So you do not want to have them all within one document but attached somehow to send them altogether?
    yes like one doc is the handbook to sign then another doc is the w9 but not in the same doc but in the same package that will be sent
    Like a on boarding…

  17. It would be convenient to be able to apply an expiration date to a form link, so that they automatically expire after a certain date. For example, I create a form for an event being held on November 21, 2025. The link for this form, as well as any started but not completed responses will automatically expire on November 22, 2025.

  18. We need native system variables (similar to Document.Value) that automatically calculate the net total and tax total across all pricing tables in a document.

    Business Case:
    Currently, Document.Value provides the gross total across all tables, but there's no equivalent for net totals or tax totals

    Users with multiple pricing tables (one per page/product) need these calculations without manual formula setup

    This would improve consistency and reduce setup complexity for multi-table documents
    Net and tax totals are as fundamental as gross totals for business documentation

  20. We would like the ability to change the descriptive text that appears by default in Forms to adjust the wording. In our case, to be a little softer wording than "start the signing process" for our purposes.
