  1. Form: sent a unique link to the email

    Once a recipient fills in their email, a unique link is sent to their email to fill out the form. They should not be able to fill in the form before the link is emailed to them. Essentially "Review Document" option should not be there.

  2. Form csv download filtered range of dates

    Please provide an option to filter by a range of dates to download completed form data in a csv file.

    With over 8,200 form submissions in one of our forms, it takes FOREVER to download the csv file. We need the data in this format. The operation often fails, and we have to try it again and again. :(

    If we could have the option to limit the data to download to a narrower window (i.e. the last 1 or 3 months), it should reduce the processing time. Right now, the download csv for form data is nearly unusable.

  3. Import Form Selections from CSV Upload

    If there was a way to upload the selections for multiple choice fields in forms rather than manually upload — we have one form with a ton of listings that have to be manually added & removed - being able to import a CSV list would be helpful.

  7. Create relational fields

    I would like to be able to have 2 relational fields for gathering client billing information.

    Ideally I would like to have the Checking Account field written twice. If second field does not match the first field it should throw an error.

  9. Apostrophes in emails

    Just to report an issue i came across this morning, your email input on forms doesn't like apostrophes in the email. I tried to enter this email address (key data removed) and it didn't let me: Kerry.O'Sullivan@***.com

  10. Documents created from a form should go to a root / general document list without a folder
