  4. Instead of just showing a count of the number of times the variable is used, show the list of occurrences and allow the user to click on an occurrence and be taken to its location in the document.

  7. Reverse the change necessitating clicking Open on All Documents page. The user is already looking at the name - having to move over to Open is an extra step.

  10. remove Open PandaDoc option from the page once the recipient signs the document.

    Open the document and Open PandaDoc are two different hyperlinks. The first one is created for opening the PandaDoc document and the second one is for the PandaDoc account.

    Your clients do not need to have or see the recommendation about a free trial. They just sign the document and need to open it via their email not via the last page they see once the document is signed.

  11. The current navigation to the cancelation button is very difficult. It's displayed in settings > Billing which wasn't obvious for the client.

  13. Status of document under Inbox does not automatically update/refresh once a document has been signed already. Since the behavior of your app is, it will open a new window to display the doc for signing. Is it possible that upon finishing the esigning process, it will also refresh the inbox page. Pls see below steps to further understand what the user wants to happen.

  15. There is way too much clicking required for the salesperson to enter in fields. We have to click the field to get it active and then double click to edit. Its death by a thousand clicks. Also, there is no "tab" function to tab to the next editable field. We'd like to see the user experience improved by fewer clicking (go straight to edit mode) and ability to tab to the next fields.

  16. When there is a separate signer and payable contact, the payable contact receives the pop up to pay before they can fully review the invoices/documents. They then have to click the x to review and go to the Pay at the top to Pay. It would be helpful if it was a split screen where they could view the doc on one side with the ability to scroll through it keeping the payment fields visible on the other half to be completed at any time.

  17. After signing a document to be paid within Panda Docs with Stripe integrations, provide option to forward along the top header in addition to PAY making it easier for the signer to either pay or forward to the correct individual that will be paying the invoice. Currently the 3 dots that need to be clicked to forward within Panda Docs is not intuitive and user friendly.

  19. When I PDF my quote that has borders and images, the image and borders overlap. Doesn't look very nice. Also, page breaks have not been figured out with multiple pages using a pricing table. leaves an empty row at the bottom of the page. I can't upload photos because this forum will not let me.
