  3. Ability to set up a Default view for the Catalog, that way user can set up their own view and customize it to their liking so that it would show up the same every single time, they want to customize it by name or by item, item description, region, etc.

  4. We are seeing some issues with people sending payment requests with no Payment setting turned on.

    Allow for a warning message prior to sending where it says something like “We see you need to collect payment, but didn’t add the Payment option for your signer. Would you like to add this?”

  5. Currently the document list has Title, Status, Value, and Modified date. It would be nice if other data were available like the number of documents within the document and the number of attachments attached to a document.

  6. It would be really nice if there was a way to see how many accounts I am paying for with my card. Some way to locate duplicate accounts would be great.

  7. The ability to send an invoice with amounts due and when. For instance, we require a 50% deposit 3 days after the contract is signed and then the final payment is due 48 hours before delivery. We should be able to build these dates and amounts due into the invoice and reminders should be automated as well as the ability to make the payments automatically.

  10. type the first letter to search through the list of the countries in the country code selection during the recipient verification instead of scrolling down to find the country

  13. Instead of just showing a count of the number of times the variable is used, show the list of occurrences and allow the user to click on an occurrence and be taken to its location in the document.

  16. Reverse the change necessitating clicking Open on All Documents page. The user is already looking at the name - having to move over to Open is an extra step.

  19. remove Open PandaDoc option from the page once the recipient signs the document.

    Open the document and Open PandaDoc are two different hyperlinks. The first one is created for opening the PandaDoc document and the second one is for the PandaDoc account.

    Your clients do not need to have or see the recommendation about a free trial. They just sign the document and need to open it via their email not via the last page they see once the document is signed.
