As the Admin/Owner, Enterprise account I access this list often. In the Admin Panel: Workspaces - Give option for a dynamic list view of all workspaces. The current view is manual and cumbersome to scroll through when searching through my over 100 workspaces. Giving the ability to filter/sort and add columns in the list view with information about the workspace (e.g., Active users, pending invites, roles activated, etc.).
And while seeing the logo for each workspace on this screen is a nice to have, if it was an incorrect logo or needed to be updated I couldn't do anything from…1 vote -

Standardized approval groups
The ability to define a group of repeating approval groups that could be assigned to multiple templates. You can give the same groups across different templates in its current iteration, but you must set them up manually each time.
This would allow the groups to be already created and usable for other templates.

Change the default screen for creating a document: Make My templates a default page when creating documents
Be able to set the preferred screen for when you go to create a document. Instead of the Quick Access tab, would like to be able to set the default to seeing My templates when creating a document and set this for a workspace. See images for reference:

'Search Bar' in move documents
There should be an option to 'SEARCH' for folders here in the moving document prompt. We have to scroll endlessly when i have to move a file starting with the alphabets which are latter in the sequence.

PandaDoc Notary - Ability to choose when they want to start recording the session
The customer would like to have a button that allows them to record the session whenever they are ready. They spend a great deal of time setting up the call with the customer and it records them helping the customer navigate the PD notary and it makes the file size so much bigger. The video that is being recorded is way too long and has too much unusable footage. They feel with a record button, they can minimize this.

highlighted table cell makes white text invisible
When you highlight or click into a table cell, it makes white text very hard to see or edit.

Signing order usability improvements
When entering multiple emails to who you are going to send the document, the first option should be to add an order of who signs first, 2nd, and so forth. Too many steps to get around it. Making it very complicated.
