Updating images to products in proposal without changing the product itself
I would like the ability to add images to the proposal in the Catalog fields. For instance, if a client wants a model for an upcoming event with a 1920s theme, I would like to add an image of the model in a 1920s dress to the proposal without altering the actual catalog entry.

Add on Services
I think it would be great for the "Product bundle" to be optional. like we can set it up on the back end but it may not apply for everyone I am trying to sell. So if would be able to be toggled on and off

Add Text Alignment Options for Quote Builder Columns
Currently there are no options to set text alignment for quote builder headers and columns (left/center/right) resulting in sloppy looking tables when presenting quotes to customers.
Adding this feature would help with visual appeal and make both PandaDoc and our company appear as if we have an eye for detail.

Recalculate after a tax with currency/money value instead of percentage the calculation if I change the price of any quote
Hi. I have a question regarding the quote block (not price table). If I insert a tax with currency/money value instead of percentage the calculation seems to be broken if I change the price of any quote item. There is no recalculation after changing a price. Instead, a correction of the percentage takes place. That's really bad UX and a major source of errors. Is there a trick to getting around it?

Updating Catalog from Proposal
I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.
When I add an item from the catalog to a proposal, I often find that the item requires updates. It would be beneficial if I could update the item directly in the proposal and then sync the update back to the catalog.…

Reduce Whitespace in Quote Builder
Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

Quote UX imppovements (to match pricing table options)
The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:
Bold column headers
Alternate row colours

Attached the second document to Pipedrive or CRM when the first document is completed.
Currently, when using the automation "Sending another document when PandaDoc document status changes", only the first document is attached to Pipedrive or in the CRM. But the second document should also be attached.

Pricing table: Create a Net Price Total column
I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

The ability to add section notes and also subtext under a Section title would be great. These notes help outline specifics for each section and adds additional clarity to customers.

Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.
It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date…

Auto Save for the Quote builder
It would be awesome to have Auto Save for the quote builder. That way if someone accidently exits out of the tab, it'll still save.

Quote formatting options: adjust layout
It would be beneficial to have the option to adjust the layout of the Quote. Currently, images always appear below the description, but being able to place them on the side (or adjust the positioning) would help optimize the page layout. A feature to customize this arrangement would greatly improve flexibility.

This way we can use this variable as an item from quote to document display.

Quote builder: custom field layout
It would be helpful if the Field Value in the Custom Field section supported the ability to add line breaks using the Tab key, or if there were an easier method to enter multi-line information. Currently, the information appears in a single line, and while Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter works within a pricing table, it requires repetitive effort to do this every time a table is created. It would be great to have a more efficient solution for this.
