Product to have two prices - fixed + annual
Allow a Product/Catalog Item to have a fixed fee and also an annual fee. Certain products we sell are sold with a fixed fee and recurring fee. The only way around this is to have two products with the same name. Also currently there is no option to distinguish between items that are one time fee and others which are annual fee when doing the pricing table.

The ability to add a new section within a pricing table other than at the bottom.
When adding a new section in the pricing table at the bottom via '+ Section', the new section has to be dragged elsewhere in the pricing table (if the desire is to add the section towards the top or in the middle, for example). Could there be a functionality where it's not automatically added at the bottom and has to be dragged to the desired position in the pricing table?
