Track Proposal Price without requiring that price be in a price block.
Sometimes the pricing table is too clumsy and and not editable enough to allow it to be used. In such situations, we simply include a price in a token. But doing it that way, that price is not calculated or included in tracking. So it would be very helpful to allow pricing to be tracked by a special token (or several) instead of them only being tracked when used in a pricing table, especially if that pricing table is not used.

Customer and Product Driven Discount Tables
Add a product field to assign discount groups for specific items. Have customers tagged with their discount grouping also.
i.e. Custom Field for catalog item "Product Code" = "Accessory"
In the pricing table pull in product code and extend discounted net based on customer.
Allow leverageable token in the multiplier column [Company.AccessoryDiscount] where one customer this property from hubspot or other integrated CRM is a 0.7 and others have a 0.8 depending on if they are gold or platinum tier customers.2 votes -

Different currency for pricing table's subtotal and total
Let's say 1$ = 2.7 BYN. Let's imagine that subtotal = total in our case and in subtotal we 27BYN. Than the feature request is to be able to set $ currency for total and the total will be calculated as $10

Contact or customer number to associate them using certain pricing. Some customer have a different pricing model so it would be nice if there was a customer/contact number that would know to pull the pricing specific to them.

Reduce Whitespace in Quote Builder
Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

The client needs to make sure the design of their quotes is EXACTLY as it used to be - they were using pricing tables before. Now that they moved to CPQ, there are some quote design limitations that are critical for them:

Attached the second document to Pipedrive or CRM when the first document is completed.
Currently, when using the automation "Sending another document when PandaDoc document status changes", only the first document is attached to Pipedrive or in the CRM. But the second document should also be attached.

Pricing table: Create a Net Price Total column
I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

[Quote Builder] Ability to add an additional note for each section
The ability to add section notes and also subtext under a Section title would be great. These notes help outline specifics for each section and adds additional clarity to customers.

Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.
It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date…

Credit & Rebate Products
For our use case, we have a package of products if you commit to the 2 products, we give them a credit or rebate. While in the product catalog we are able to add a negative or set up a discount in table, but we like to use it as a product to explain the discount better than just a flat % or Dollar Value.
It would be nice if we could have the rebate products in the product catalog that are negative dollar values do our sales team has these fixed credits available when they pick from the product…

Auto Save for the Quote builder
It would be awesome to have Auto Save for the quote builder. That way if someone accidently exits out of the tab, it'll still save.
