  1. When a contract has been signed in advance - add a date for when the next document needs to be sent eg. the start date of the contract

    When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.

  2. Schedule sending document with touch of Automation (something to connect the 2 documents)

    Schedule sending document with touch of Automation

    Example:

    1. create (Disclosure agreement)
    2. Created the 2nd document

    How to work:

    Before sending the Disclosure agreement, there should be a setting or automation button (or a link box, that we put the link of the 2nd document) and set if once signed. this document will be sent.

    Improve the automation feature, I tried it but it did not work well on the types of the document we have.

    It only have an option to put an specific template, better if we can link an created document.??

  4. Increase File Size for Automation w/SFDC

    Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

  5. upload documents to specific Site on SharePoint

    Currently the automation to upload a document to SharePoint only allows you to save to the home site. We want to save to a specific site's document location.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
    2. In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
    3. Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
    4. Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

  6. Update Google Sheet when PandaDoc document status changed

    When someone signs the document I send them, I would like to insert their details in a Google Sheet document.

  7. Automation: Document Sent or Opened, Change Stage

    It would be great if when a document was sent and maybe opened, the automation could report to change the stage. If we send a quote or proposal. We could update automatically

  8. update prices when duplicating

    When you replicate an old document it doesn`t update the prices that have been updated via import.

    Example: i have a document made in january 2021, i made a price csv. import to our catalog in february, when i replicate that document, it comes with old prices from january, not the new updated prices in the current catalog.

    So if you replicate lots of documents that sometimes have 100 lines of products inside the pricing tables, you have to manually remove and re-add the items, in order to show the correct updated prices.
