  1. Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.

  2. Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

  4. Goal: With the focus on retention, it's more valuable than ever to know whether a customer/client is considering cancelling/ending the contract. One strong indicator of that is if they view the pandadoc weeks/months after signing it.

    Solution: Create a trigger within zapier or make.com when a document is viewed with the ability to filter for documents that have been completed by all participants. This will allow the document creator to be a step ahead in terms of knowing whether a client/customer may be considering ending the contract.

  12. When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

  16. Since PandaDoc integrates very well with most CRM software's, it would be very helpful to have conditional logic features based on the information PandaDoc is accessing through an integration from a CRM. Currently, it is extremely cumbersome to have to create separate PandaDocs for various client scenarios that are being pulled from a CRM. With conditional logic built into the Tokens this would streamline the process to allow one document to vary based on information inputted from the CRM

  17. Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.

  19. Enable automation that records PandaDoc document status changes in MS Dynamics Notes section. Each update would include a clickable link to the document. This differs from the current functionality that only attaches PDFs of completed documents.

    Key benefits:
    - Creates a complete audit trail of document status changes (draft, sent, viewed, signed, completed)
    - Allows users to monitor document progress without leaving Dynamics
    - Provides easy access to documents at any stage with a single click
    - Maintains a comprehensive record of document lifecycle activities in your CRM

    While this request focuses on MS Dynamics, similar functionality would be valuable…

  20. When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.
