  2. When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

  5. Enable automation that records PandaDoc document status changes in MS Dynamics Notes section. Each update would include a clickable link to the document. This differs from the current functionality that only attaches PDFs of completed documents.

    Key benefits:
    - Creates a complete audit trail of document status changes (draft, sent, viewed, signed, completed)
    - Allows users to monitor document progress without leaving Dynamics
    - Provides easy access to documents at any stage with a single click
    - Maintains a comprehensive record of document lifecycle activities in your CRM

    While this request focuses on MS Dynamics, similar functionality would be valuable…

  6. Currently I have to create a single automation for each template I have created. I would like to be able to select Multiple Templates to follow one automation. IE. For all our Sales Documents, we need to upload completed documents to our CRM. I have many templates, and I have to write 1 automation for each template. This is very difficult to create and pretty much impossible to manage if a change in our process commences.

    I would like the ability to write 1 automation and add as many template to follow the one automation as I need.

  8. When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.

  9. Schedule sending document with touch of Automation

    Example:

    1. create (Disclosure agreement)
    2. Created the 2nd document

    How to work:

    Before sending the Disclosure agreement, there should be a setting or automation button (or a link box, that we put the link of the 2nd document) and set if once signed. this document will be sent.

    or

    Improve the automation feature, I tried it but it did not work well on the types of the document we have.

    It only have an option to put an specific template, better if we can link an created document.??

  12. My clients like to get a PDF of the document to share. The PandaDoc link is great for execution, but with proposals they like to send it around to others to look at and markup for negotiations. It would be great if I could "send" it then an email automatically pops up in Gmail to send them with my signature.

  13. Looking for an automation in PandaDoc where the system would trigger signatures depending on the amount entered in a field. Example: If the amount entered in a form field is above $5,000.00 it would trigger an RVP signature to be activated since it will be needed to complete the document. Likewise, if it is over $25,000.00 in that same field, it would need to have both the RVP and SVP signatures activated. On the flip side, if it is less than certain amounts, we would not need those RVP/SVP signatures.

  15. I currently use Zapier to send completed documents to the appropriate internal department based on templates. I would like the ability to just do this through PandaDoc and not have to use another application.

    For example, when a service proposal (template type in our system) is signed and completed by all parties, a PDF is also sent to our finance department to set up the client for billing. (without being a cc or a licensed user in PD)

  17. Currently the SharePoint upload includes the option for including the "uploaded documents". I would like to have an option to prepend the included filename to match the PandaDoc master document so that uploaded files are easily matched to the main document.

    If the Pandadoc template and document is Test123.pdf and the user uploads two documents with it then the three documents loaded into SharePoint would Test123.pdf, Test123Doc1.pdf and Test123Doc2.pdf.

  20. Whenever a preset item is selected using the quote builder, information within the quote builder is automatically copied into the correct fields, which are linked manually within the template.

    This would stop the user having to manually enter this same information into fields which takes time and more opportunity to make a mistake.
