  1. Looking for an automation in PandaDoc where the system would trigger signatures depending on the amount entered in a field. Example: If the amount entered in a form field is above $5,000.00 it would trigger an RVP signature to be activated since it will be needed to complete the document. Likewise, if it is over $25,000.00 in that same field, it would need to have both the RVP and SVP signatures activated. On the flip side, if it is less than certain amounts, we would not need those RVP/SVP signatures.

  3. I currently use Zapier to send completed documents to the appropriate internal department based on templates. I would like the ability to just do this through PandaDoc and not have to use another application.

    For example, when a service proposal (template type in our system) is signed and completed by all parties, a PDF is also sent to our finance department to set up the client for billing. (without being a cc or a licensed user in PD)

  5. Currently the SharePoint upload includes the option for including the "uploaded documents". I would like to have an option to prepend the included filename to match the PandaDoc master document so that uploaded files are easily matched to the main document.

    If the Pandadoc template and document is Test123.pdf and the user uploads two documents with it then the three documents loaded into SharePoint would Test123.pdf, Test123Doc1.pdf and Test123Doc2.pdf.

  7. I would like to move a document from one folder to another folder based on the date. I would like to use this when a date field of the document equals today's date, then move the document from one folder to another.

  8. Whenever a preset item is selected using the quote builder, information within the quote builder is automatically copied into the correct fields, which are linked manually within the template.

    This would stop the user having to manually enter this same information into fields which takes time and more opportunity to make a mistake.

  11. Allow a copy of all completed agreements to store externally without template requirement (GDrive). This is particularly helpful as we have 30+ templates whereby 1 rule needs to be added for external saving of the agreements (Regulatory requirement). We face the issue if a template is created and the automation isn't saved then the agreement will not be stored externally.

  12. When a customer pays a percentage of a total amount using the pricing tables (i.e. a 50% deposit when signing a proposal), I'd like the system to automatically create a draft of an invoice for the balance due that I can send at a later date. Or, some other mechanism of easily collecting the remaining 50% due.

  13. Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   14. The way the "move to folder" automation is set up currently, you have to create a new automation for every individual template--and you have to create a separate automation for each document status. This means that if you have 20 templates, you're creating 40 individual automations with no way to edit the automation after creation (so if one if created for the wrong template, you have to delete it and start over) and no way to duplicate an automation to speed up the process.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
    2. In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
    3. Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
    4. Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

  18. Ability to update a field on the linked Dynamics entity(table) when the document status changes in PD. This is similar to the existing automations which update the Quote and Opportunity Stage in Dynamics. But this would work with any Dynamics table that is mapped to PD.

    The automation should either provide the ability to specify the Dynamics field to be updated, or it could use a hardcoded field (e.g. pd_docstatus) which would be added to the Dynamics table.

  20. Every document signed by a client or associate, will be uploaded to a CRM, in this case Nimble. This automation will save time on manually adding hundreds of files into nimble.
