Integrations with Asana - Asana form to automate drafting a Template
My organization's workflow involves an Asana form where I copy and paste the info into our Pandadoc templates and send the documents out for signature. It would save me a lot of time if this process could be automated! I am also asking for Asana integrations.

Keep a copy of initial email sent for record keeping purposes and compliance
Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.

Create new document for ____ member when document completed by template
Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

Notification of document being viewed after document completion
Goal: With the focus on retention, it's more valuable than ever to know whether a customer/client is considering cancelling/ending the contract. One strong indicator of that is if they view the pandadoc weeks/months after signing it.
Solution: Create a trigger within zapier or make.com when a document is viewed with the ability to filter for documents that have been completed by all participants. This will allow the document creator to be a step ahead in terms of knowing whether a client/customer may be considering ending the contract.

Balance payment request
When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

Dynamic column show/hide in CPQ workflows
It would be nice if quote builder columns could be dynamically set to show/hide to end user utilizing the rules engine in workflows. We have multiple use cases where this is valuable: multi-year agreements with price fluctuations, multi-component dynamic true-up clauses.

I need to simply send an email with a customers plans attached after they complete a binder agreement
I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.

When a custom property in a CRM changes automatically create a document
When a custom property in HubSpot is updated, automatically generate and send a document to the client. For example, if a customer chooses to pay via invoice and the payment method property in HubSpot is changed to ‘Invoice,’ the automation would create a credit application form and send it to the client automatically.

copy all completed docs to sharepoint
Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.
