  1. Whenever Companies are merged in Hubspot, one of the records is set as Master Record and updated with all information, and all remaining duplicated records are deleted after that.

    In this scenario, all contracts associated with those deleted company records have to be manually reassociated to the remaining and new master company record. If it's one or two, it's fine. The problem is when you duplicate Companies in Bulk, using tools like Insycle, and having to reassociate hundreds of company and contract records manually.

    Insycle outputs a CSV report containing both the Old and New Hubspot ID for each company.…

  4. Customer has created custom role for sole purpose of restricting what the users can do with documents sent out, but now they realize that once the document is created from the template they created, they have the ability to change the title of the document and even more detrimental, they can remove FIELDS from the document and then completed documents come back with missing and required information. There should be options within Custom Roles that would limit this ability.

  5. It would be a useful feature to add multiple brands within the Branding Settings in the same workspace. Currently there is only the option to set up one brand.

  9. Possibility of adding a dynamic condiitonal approval according to roles, i.e the document can be approved by an employee and their line manager, a different employee and their particular line manager

  11. Please include template name in the import email when catalog items are updated with a new csv import. This will help us know which templates were updated when the catalog import was completed.

  14. Integration with ServiceNow
    ex. tokens, fields, and custom data points
    sync/trigger: When a SOW IS SENT - can it close out a task in ServiceNow and upload a completed document into SN for everyone to view.
    Current workflow:
    documents start in Sharepoint - modified by team, then PD created outside of ServiceNow then pushed into ServiceNow when completed.

  15. The documents with enabled gateway integration don't have a status "Completed" when signed, only "Waiting for payment" and "Paid". There should be a transition status added

  16. Folder View on Create 'New Doc' fly-out. Add a 'View' option set of buttons to sort/view Folders (will improve organization of folders alphabetically, numerically, etc.)

    Similar to how Templates has a View option (List/Grid)
