  4. When there are multiple smart content blocks on one page, and one of them has no conditions met, it leaves a blank space on the page. Would like to see a feature that automatically pushes the content from the pages below up into the empty space that was created by the empty, smart content block.

  5. When multiple identical automations are enabled at the template level, there’s no indication of which specific stage or status each one affects. For example, if I need to update the automation that triggers when the status changes to “Approved,” how am I supposed to identify the right one? At the moment, the only option is to open each automation individually to see whether it’s the one I need.

  7. Currently we can only mass send documents but it would be useful to mass create draft documents for our sales team to go through and send individually. Mass creating drafts and having them land in a folder which the salespeople can share out amongst themselves would be a great help to the way we do business.

  8. Currently, when changing a signer on a sent document and selecting Change and Send, PandaDoc automatically sends the document via email. It would be helpful to have an option to send the document via link instead.

  10. 2 way sync to to pass 2 product with the same SKU in Hubspot.

    When two identical products (same SKU, name, and price) are added to the same quote section in PandaDoc CPQ, only one instance of the product is synced back to HubSpot. it would be great to have both line items to sync individually, as they appear separately in the PandaDoc quote builder.

  13. The change of moving content center into templates created MANY more clicks to edit content center items. If you have a well organized content center with 3 folders to a specific item, It takes up to 5 clicks to get into it initially, then if you have to edit many items in the same folder the top left hand folder hierarchy (image below) it kicks you ALL the way to the beginning.

    So if I have to edit 5 items in the library in the same folder I have to click content center THEN root folder THEN sub folder THEN…

  15. If the sort order is set to alphabetical and a file is called "abstract" and a folder is called "business tools" and then a file is called "Clearance".. currently I'll get the folder with the letter "b" (business) first in the list even though a file clearly should be first since it starts with an "a" (abstract). This should not be. It should list them in true alphabetical order. Perhaps some people like the folder vs. true sort order method, but then give a toggle to turn it on and off

You cannot currently create a document via the API and leave the smart content block in a “pending selection” mode (i.e., so the user can later choose from the pre-selected content in the UI) in the exact same way as you can in the Editor. When using the API, you must specify which content library item(s) to insert into each smart content block at the time of document creation, or make the block optional (which means it can be empty in the generated document). The API does not support leaving the smart content block in the same “interactive, user-selectable” state…

  19. Natively integrate with Zip procurement tool to compete with DocuSign's native integration supported via Zip.

    Function: Automates the purchase order process by integrating with PandaDoc for e-signatures after internal approvals are collected.

    Workflow: A purchase request is initiated in Zip, routed through necessary teams, and then sent to PandaDoc for the final signature process.

    Allow users to send zipForm documents directly to PandaDoc Rooms for signing and completion.

  20. Currently, when using PandaDoc CPQ within HubSpot, the workflow feature allows users to create a document automatically as part of a defined workflow. However, there is also a separate “Create Document” button that allows team members to bypass the workflow entirely. Add an option to disable/remove or hide the “Create Document” button, so that all document creation must go through the designated workflow.
