[Hubspot] Pass Phone and Title for deal owner
For now, we can pass first name, last name and email for the deal owner in Hubspot. Would be great to include phone and title (+ any other fields that may be useful in the clients' flows) as well.

Variables: List Value
Is there anyway to add validation or list options for tokens in templates. For instance, if a token needs to be a specific value, is there a way to turn it into a list value token

Improve UI for Room Links
When trying to open a Link in Rooms Resources, it is not intuitive where to click to be directed to the web page. If you click at the wrong place, you might be directed to the error page or the wrong page.

Ability to be able to combine both linked fields from a CLI (content library item) and a document created from a template. The workflow would look like this:
- You have a few date fields in a document. They are linked, so that when you fill in one of them, you fill in all of them.

Copy document sequence number when using "transfer data to" option
We use the "Transfer data to" option to copy info from a quote to an invoice. We really need to reference the original quote number (for us, uses the Document Sequence Number & some HubSpot variables) to the invoice so the customer knows what quotation they are paying for with the invoice. It would be great to be able to define a "transferable element" as part of a template... i.e. be able to define within the template that if the document is created from a "Transfer data to" option, populate a variable using that info.

Move to Folder Automation--Need more options & ability to edit
The way the "move to folder" automation is set up currently, you have to create a new automation for every individual template--and you have to create a separate automation for each document status. This means that if you have 20 templates, you're creating 40 individual automations with no way to edit the automation after creation (so if one if created for the wrong template, you have to delete it and start over) and no way to duplicate an automation to speed up the process.
Additionally, it would be more helpful to not have the automation tied to the template in…
