4. Fix Bug: Number formatting wrong in PDF export

   When exporting a document as PDF the number format of the pricing table is changed to US number formatting even if the document uses a different number formatting (e.g. Germany).
   The PDF export, therefore, does not match the PandaDoc making it unable to create proper documents for markets outside of the US.
   Please fix this issue.

18. Add the ability to turn on/off the hovering "required" or "optional" field on the client's end.
