  2. Currently, textfield and date field tags in curly bracket notation are imported as optional fields by default, requiring manual adjustment to mark them as required after placement. This feature request proposes introducing a tag syntax modifier that allows these field types to be automatically set as required upon placement, streamlining template creation and reducing manual editing effort. This enhancement would align textfield and date field behavior with signature fields, which are required by default, providing more consistency and efficiency when preparing templates and documents using field tags in PDFs or DOCX files.

    Users need the ability to use a single text box as the conditional field triggered by multiple dropdowns or fields. The current system only allows a text box (or any unique field) to be assigned to one conditional logic trigger, making users duplicate fields and increasing maintenance effort.

  7. Create an API endpoint or webhook that triggers based on individual field completion or real-time page navigation.

    we're looking for some way of better tracking how far along someone's getting with a document. Right now it's split into 10 key requirements, so we thought maybe that's a better way of tracking progress within a document

  12. You've recently changed the adding of blocks to be after text, instead of allowing it to be dragged anywhere as it was before- please change this, its making generating documents much more annoying

  15. Since updates have happened the google chrome extension and integration with Nimble CRM is no longer working. I have reached out to Nimble and they are saying this is on the PandaDoc side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  16. The current product library sync does not completely solve for how end users would actually need the feature to work. It only provides a one-time sync: when a new product is created from our HubSpot product catalog it syncs that new product to our PandaDoc product catalog, but does not sync ever again. In a live environment, product details, pricing, etc. are updated throughout the year, and when those existing products are modified in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.

  19. Currently the dashboard view does not contain column headers, which leads to confusion of what the dates are that are in view of the docs visible. Specifically, in the completed documents section the dates shown are last modified rather than the date completed, allowing documents to reappear if viewed by a recipient after completion. Adding a column header or being able to customize the columns that appear will lead to a cleaner view and more understanding to the status of the documents displayed.

  20. Our sales reps are using PandaDoc on the iPad to price and sell Landscaping jobs. We need to be able to take a picture of a sketch to further clarify the scope of work and have the picture incorporated into the proposal/quote.
