  9. Add Document declined trigger event in Zapier

    2) I'd like customers to have the option of clicking on "accept", "i'm considering it", and "declined" buttons for all proposals. . If they choose accept, it fires off an email to our accountant, using Zapier. If they choose "i'm considering it" it sends them some time-triggered reminder emails with value proposition type stuff in them. If they choose "declined", it automatically sends them a survey to help determine why they chose not to go with us. The actions on all three things described would be triggered within Zapier. Is this doable?

  20. Inline Commenting Email Notifications

    They like the feature but are getting flooded with notifications. Their suggestion is to have the notifications behave like Google Doc notifications whenever some tags you. For example, if I "@" mentioned you 4 times on the same doc, you would get one email to your inbox that basically threads all the "@" mentions and shows what the feedback says.
