  2. Designate which heading is recognized as a title by tables of contents

    Currently only Heading 1 occurs as a title in the Table of Contents. Since tables of contents don't recognize PDF page breaks as a new page number, my work around is to manually create page breaks, which means I also need to split my table of contents into 2 pages. It would be helpful if I could designate Heading 2 or 3 as a title, so that Heading 1 sorts into TOC 1, and Heading 2 or 3 sorts into TOC 2. Currently I am forced to populate Heading 1 into both tables of contents and delete the redundancies out…

  6. Categorize documents into the same folder (based on recipient)

    For example, if you sent the document to the recipient and then sent another - have the option in PandaDoc to recognise it is being sent to this particular client and categorise them into the same folder.

    PandaDoc to automatically reattach the signed documents to the leads profiles upon switching to a different CRM. (for example: there are documents attached to the Hubspot leads, and those attachments are to be automatically transferred to the respective leads in the new CRM, for instance, Salesforce.)

  19. Have a user type that can see all workspaces automatically

    It would be easier if you could have a user type that could just see all the workspaces automatically and create new ones without having to be added to each one. Right now even the owner and superadmin can't see all the workspaces automatically.

  20. Bulk download documents: Don't save folder structure

    In case you download several documents from different folders, the zip file contains folder and subfolders (subfolders are named as folders where documents are located). Add an option to avoid subfolders and download everything in one folder.
