Direct request from my customer: a feature that would save time is a search field in the FOLDERS under CONTENT LIBRARY.
We happen to have about 30 folders here so a search with a keyword is helpful and saves time in scrolling. kate.dilorenzo@carrworkplaces.com

My customer in a school district needs the ability to move documents between workspaces without losing the completed status and keeping certificates in tact--this is very important in regard to documents completed by parents regarding SPED/504 students--anything regarding maintaining FERPA privacy

Need the ability to set the expiration date within the Form just like with templates. How can it offer a reminder setting and not an expiration setting?

This is a major need for one of my customers and for any customer that has multiple options for a recipient to need to choose from. Using checkboxes instead of radio buttons is not any better at all b/c you cannot require them all to be required...which means leaving them ALL unrequired which could lead to skipping that section completely.

Critical for my client: Darcy.Britt@sampled.com
The nature of the documents they are sending is very private and they dont want ANYONE that is not on the intended recipient list to be able to somehow get the link and open the document.Lori Nolen supported this idea ·

Editing a document after it has been signed could invalidate the legality of the signature, creating complications and risks for all parties involved. I have a customer with Sales Reps that are moving fields and creating major problems with documents going out to customers. Content locking does NOT solve the problem b/c they can still move the fields. Need a way to not only lock content, but ALSO be able to lock fields into position. Customer has threatened to churn without this feature request.
