Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

We wanted to share an update regarding this idea. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

An error occurred while saving the comment Approvals based on who created the document. For example, if person A creates the doc --> person B is the approver; but if person C created the doc --> person D is the approver.

An error occurred while saving the comment For example, the purchasing dept. has documents where the customer signs as well as the CFO. However, the CFO isn't doing negotiations, the purchasing dept. is but since they're not a signer, they're not receiving reminders and would like to so they can easily be reminded to follow-up on the outstanding document.

Great news – Schedule send is now live! You can schedule a document to be sent at a future date and time, and PandaDoc will deliver it exactly when you chose.
We're rolling it out gradually, so you might not see it in your account just yet. If you'd like access right away, reach out to our support team and we'll enable it for you. It's currently available on the Business plan, with rollout to all plans on the way.

An error occurred while saving the comment Automatically skip or have the option to skip the approval workflow if the approver assigned is the user who created or is sending the document.
One template that can work with multiple currencies depending what currency is being used on the Salesforce opportunity. The currency used on the opportunity would automatically be pulled into the PandaDoc template.
