This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

An error occurred while saving the comment Customers want to be able to update the recipients of notifications for a document after it has been viewed or opened following its signing. This is particularly useful when an account transitions from an Account Executive to an Account Manager. Simply adding an Account Manager to the document is not a viable solution, as some customers use round-robin systems and do not know in advance who will be the recipient at the time of signature.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. Stay tuned!

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment We would like the fillable fields to remain locked on a specific spot, even when there are variable changes and may cause a sentence to add more room or another line. Also changing browsers may change the location of the fillable fields to move, and would like it to remain where it was put (Images posted below).
