Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover the scenarios.
To update the currency in a PandaDoc document when it doesn't match the currency in HubSpot, follow these steps:
- Within HubSpot on the right, scroll down to the PandaDoc module. Click on Actions > Show PandaDoc tokens. Next, find [Deal.DealCurrencyCode] variable under the Deal tab and make sure the variable includes the currency code.
- Create a document from HubSpot or link the already created document to a HubSpot deal.
- Within the PandaDoc document, go to the Integrations panel by clicking the HubSpot icon on the right.
- Under Document Data, click Import from CRM.
- The currency will be updated in the pricing table or quote builder and reflected in the document value.
We hope…

When all fields are optional they are a hard to see grey. It would be nice if they were colored, even when all were set to optional

A custom variable that can be filled by a recipient. As an example, you could create a variable for the name of a company, and the recipient wil be able to input their company name, and it will autopopulate the variable on the recipients end.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that it is on the roadmap and we will begin working on it soon. We will be communicating updates through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here on our idea portal. Stay tuned!Thomas Hayes supported this idea ·

When you send the document to a recipient, and they invite someone to collaborate, you see the email addresses of the collaborators
