Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. While we currently don’t offer this feature, there are a few alternatives that exist to help achieve the desired result:Â
- Create a document from the desired template and use that document to create a Form (workaround for this is in the comments)
- When clicking 'Create form', choose the desired template

An error occurred while saving the comment wanted to see if there was any way for our clients to edit a form once it has been submitted-- sometimes they just need to make a simple correction and we love for them to be able to do that on the original form!
