Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. While we currently don’t offer this feature, there are a few alternatives that exist to help achieve the desired result:
- Create a document from the desired template and use that document to create a Form (workaround for this is in the comments)
- When clicking 'Create form', choose the desired template

OMG - this is SO annoying. I am a new client to PandaDoc and trying out the features is super frustrating... I am worried I made a mistake by leaving DocuSign. This is an irritating PandaDoc bug.
