Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.
An error occurred while saving the comment Would be good if you could select multiple content blocks and copy them to a different document. We sometimes create a document where we need a copy from. You can of course use the duplicate method, but when doing so, all automations are gone from the duplicated document. So for example it doesn't update the Deals in Hubspot.

[WORKAROUND]
Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. We have a different hourly rate per client and we pull in the hourly rate from our CRM system. Would be good if the hourly rate was directly inserted in the pricing table rather than the current work-around where I need to display it in text, the sales executive needs to fill it in and remove the text.
